ELXPAPER.ZIP contains the following files:

elxpaper.sty - style file
elxpaper.bat - batch file to start translation from command line
mergenebxml.pl - Perl script for filtering and composing XML metafiles
readme_en.txt - this document
readme_ru.txt - this document in Russian

LaTeX document (article) translation can be run either via the shell
incorporated into Used TeX editor (e.g. WinEdt), or from the command
line in current directory, i.e.

prompt>latex jobname.tex   - to generate DVI output, or

prompt>pdflatex jobname.tex   -  to generate PDF output.

Files elxpaper.bat and mergenebxml.pl are necessary for the final
translation of document after making all editorial and author's
corrections.  Translation can be run from the command line in
current directory, i.e.

prompt>elxpaper jobname

here jobname - the root name of translated file with no extension, e.g.

prompt>elxpaper 2014NZ000550

elxpaper.bat executes three-step translation, removes ancillary files,
generated in the process of translation, and makes final filtering
of XML files.  Installed and properly configured Perl interpreter
is necessary on this step.
